This is a one-size fits all support, and considering how petite I am I find it extremely cumbersome. In addition, one color choice, black, and in bold print the logo is showing face up. Works well for males working outdoor or in sports, but not a professional woman. I could understand this if it was a free item, but it was not. The designers should keep these matters in mind prior to production. I found that I could use another brand to provide the same support in a neutral color with no logo showing.
