Our 110A has all the same features as the classic 110 Standard Knee Sleeve with the addition of a patella opening. This opening relieves pressure on the patella, allowing it to rise where the surrounding two layers of neoprene help stabilize patella tracking. Time has proven this to be the most popular choice in the conservative treatment of Chondromalacia.
