PRO’S Return/Exchange Policy,
Limited Warranty & Care Instructions

The size charts we provide are recommended guidelines. So even though you may think you've measured exactly as our instructions say, your support may not fit properly (for a variety of reasons).

 If your item is too small or too large, send it back to us (call us first) and we'll send you the size of your choice for the cost of shipping/handling. There will not be a restocking charge if you are making an exchange for a different size.... However if you cannot fit into the smallest or largest size available, then you can return the item, but our restocking charge will be applied according to our Return Policy. Customs are available.

 Please examine your purchase carefully upon receipt. We take pride in our quality control, but if a product is found factory defective, please call us immediately to arrange for replacement. Defects and damage to goods caused by improper care and application will NOT be accepted for return.

 ALL RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEMS MUST BE CLEAN OR THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!

EXCHANGES

 To qualify you must: Contact us within 5 business days of the arrival of your product. The product must be in unworn condition in original packaging and unsoiled. Product must be returned within three weeks.

 (2 ways to handle exchanges)

 1. You contact us to inform us you'll be sending your item back and tell us which size you'd like to try instead. We wait until we receive the item from you, and then we send out the new size you've chosen. You must pay to mail the incorrectly sized items back, and we'll send the second item back without charging a restocking fee, the only cost is the shipping/handling.

 2. When you need the new size sent in a hurry, we can send out the new size right away, but you would have to pay for the product plus shipping/handling again (basically a new order is placed), and we would credit back the original order you placed minus the shipping/handling costs when we receive the original item that you have mailed back to us (Again there's no restocking fee).

 

RETURNS

 Product may be returned for credit less 15% restocking charge and shipping/handling cost by:

*     Calling for Return Authorization Number within 5 business days of the day the order was placed.

*     Product must be in unworn condition in original packaging and unsoiled.

*     Product must be returned to us within 15 business days of the day you call for a return authorization number.

 Items returned unclean or without prior authorization will be sent back at the customers expense.

LIMITED WARRANTY

 THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED MADE BY PRO ORTHOPEDICS DEVICES, INC. ON NEOPRENE SLEEVES OR WORKMANSHIP SET FORTH BELOW:

1.     Pro Orthopedic Devices, Inc. warrants the purchaser that Sleeves manufactured by it will be free from defects in material and workmanship for (7days) from the date of delivery to the original purchase under-normal use in accordance with directions.

2.  Pro Orthopedic Devices, Inc.’s liability under this warranty is exclusively limited to the replacement or repair of any defective workmanship. To obtain service contract PRO ORTHOPEDIC DEVICES, INC., 2884 E.  Ganley Rd., Tucson, AZ 85706. Tele: 520-294-4401.

3.     PRO ORTHOPEDIC DEVICES, INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. PERSONAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF DEFECTIVE MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.

4.  LIMITED WARRANTY is expressly in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and of any other obligations or liability on Pro Orthopedic Devices, Inc.’s part, and Pro Orthopedic Devices, Inc. neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any other liability in connection with such sleeves.

 To insure long and satisfactory wear it is imperative that you follow the suggestions for putting on and laundering the sleeve. Do not wash in hot water or put in the dryer.

(1)  APPLYING NEOPRENE GARMENTS

For ease of application and to insure the Durability of the sleeves we have found it best to instruct the user to…

  • Turn Sleeve wrong side (rubber) out.
  • Put on the smaller end first and stop at the approximate area it will be worn.
  • Now grasp the Larger End and pull it up over the smaller End. Rubber surface is now NEXT to the skin and the Sleeve in approximate wearing position.
  • Talcum, cornstarch of baking soda should be used liberally when applying and wearing the Sleeves. The Sleeve can be worn with the rubber side out if so desired.

(2)  CARE and CLEANING

Sleeves are machine (delicate cycle) or hand washable. Air Dry- do not use dryer.

(3)  ADVERSE REACTIONS

It is possible that an individual could be sensitive to the neoprene glue, or nylon used in the manufacture of this product. If the user experiences soreness, rash or blisters, discontinue use of the garment and consult your physician. Phlebitis patients should not wear the Sleeve.
